All ordering will be done online through the following link, https://mvp-dvmh2020.square.site/
Order deadline will be December 2. Any orders placed after this time are subjected to shipping and handling charges or can be picked up at MVP.
A player mount will be provided as part of registration. If you do not want any other photos, you don't need to go online and fill anything out.
Photo gifts for sibling photos, please add all their names into the first name field and then last name. Before submitting your order you can also add notes if there is anything specific you want to add.
